Intan Sorfina Binti Mustaffa

Intan Sorfina Binti Mustaffa holds a Diploma in Islamic Judicial and Advocatory Practice (DIJAP) from Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia (USIM) as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Islamic Studies (Shariah) with Honours from Universiti Sultan Zainal Abidin (UniSZA).

Intan embarked on legal career in 2021 as a chambering student at Messrs Fakhrurrazi & Associates. She was retained by Messrs Sarah Ali & Co. after receiving her first Syariah Practicing Certificate in 2023. Subsequently, she has obtained qualifications as a Syarie Lawyer in several states, including the Federal Territory and Perak.

Currently, Intan is a valued member of the legal team at Messrs Azraai, Hazieq & Zikry, where she consistently provides her client with exceptional legal representation both inside and outside the courtroom.

She has extensive experience in Syariah matters, where she handled numerous cases from divorce and post-divorce rights cases, child custody to Muslim estate management.
