Ahmad Hazieq Bin Roshali

Mr. Ahmad Hazieq holds an LL.B and LL.B(S) from the International Islamic University of Malaysia and was called to the Malaysian Bar in 2018. He is also a practicing and licensed Peguam Syarie in both the state of Selangor and the Federal Territories.

He aims to become a well-known ‘best of both worlds’ practitioner in both civil and Syariah litigation. He is involved in many Syariah legal proceedings, including cases related to custody, amicable divorce, disputed post-divorce claims, and various issues within Hukum Syarak. He also has extensive experience in property and wealth administration.

Although he primarily manages the Syariah Department at Messrs Azraai, Hazieq & Zikry, he is also actively involved in handling civil disputes at various levels of the Malaysian courts.

His experience in both Syariah and civil proceedings, coupled with his courtroom skills, has earned him the trust of his clients
