Marha is an Associate in the firm’s Dispute Resolution Department. She was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2023 and has since been building her experience across a broad range of practice areas.
As an associate, Marha has experience in general litigation, handling both civil and criminal disputes, and previously gained exposure to real estate and corporate matters. She regularly assists in the preparation and conduct of contentious proceedings, including drafting pleadings, applications, notices, and other court documents, as well as supporting court appearances and contributing to case strategy across a variety of disputes.
Prior to focusing on litigation, Marha was involved in real estate and corporate work, where she developed a strong understanding of transactional matters, documentation, and the commercial context underlying disputes. This background enables her to approach contentious matters with a well-rounded perspective, particularly in cases involving property and commercial disputes.
Marha is known for her thoughtful, responsive, and practical approach to litigation matters. She remains committed to delivering thoughtful legal support while continuing to strengthen her advocacy skills and deepen her expertise across both contentious and advisory matters. She aims to develop as a well-rounded litigator, recognised for strategic thinking, effective advocacy, and delivering practical solutions that address clients’ legal challenges.
